61m. Hepatitis B positive
1. There is very nice portal inflammation with prominent interface hepatitis (look for acidophil bodies at the interface).
2. There are occasional ground glass cells on the H&E confirmed by strong cytoplasmic staining on the orcein.
3. The architecture is abnormal with portal expansion and bridging. The reticulin and HVG confirm the changes.
