67f. Abnormal LFT, iron and ferritin. (No iron on staining)
1. The H&E shows a chronic inflammatory cell infiltrate in portal areas. Look into zone 3 (mid way between adjacent portal tracts – and there is a zone where the hepatocytes are “missing” and there are a few wisps of connective tissue and a scattering of inflammatory cells.
